Bee's Sneeze Herbal Torches are each hand wrapped using ethically sourced white sage, beeswax, local herbs, flowers and garden greens. Sage wands or “smudge sticks” have been used for thousands of years for spiritual practices of native Americans, greeks and romans. Spiritually, sage is used to expel negative energy, combat stress and bring peace. We include beeswax in our sage wands because burning beeswax produces negative ions which combat allergens, bacteria, dander and mold in the air. Let burn for 10-20 seconds. Gently blow out and let smoke waft through your well ventilated space, self or item. To extinguish, tap into dirt, sand or fire proof vessel until no longer smoking.
