My ethos

Like many of my students, I came to yoga as a way to manage stress and feel good in my body. I believe in empowering everyone to know what their bodies need in their practice and I truly believe that yoga should be for everyBODY. I love creating sequencing and change sequences weekly and holding a safe space for everyone who attends my classes. I believe that yoga is for everyone, but not every posture is for everyone, and I aim to encourage students to move within a safe and supportive range of movement to challenge and soothe your body based on what you need. I want yogis to feel confident enough to adapt their practice to your own needs and I empower my students to honour your body and their practice. For me, it’s not about the perfect handstand - it’s about cultivating a sense of calm in the body and mind and coming into your true self and embracing the body in the heart. I look forward to meeting you on the mat. Namaste.

Great classes with Jodi & I love the way that postures are developed through the week with lots of thought and planning. No random work here. Clear, timely delivery with a very soothing voice. Love it Jodi. Val

Jodi your classes are Medicine for the body & mind. Every class is so well thought out & flows perfectly, and you’re a fantastic teacher, so clear, calm & encouraging. I always leave your classes feeling amazing! Fiona

Jodi is a fabulous teacher with a gentle way of encouragement! I look forward to her classes and every time I come away feeling uplifted and in a positive frame of mind to face what ever the day may have in store!! Ruth

Jodi's classes are excellent. She has a very gentle delivery style yet manages to work you hard at the same time. Having attended her classes for some time, my overall health has improved and my flexibility is better than it's been in 40 years. She's got fantastic knowledge and can always give you individual advice if needed. On Zoom, she still has a personal touch and a compliment from Jodi is like a Hollywood Handshake! I can't recommend her highly enough." Katrina

I love Jodi’s yoga classes, she really helps me stretch out the stress I carry in my back and relax. I especially liked her pregnancy and baby yoga classes, Ava and I both thoroughly enjoyed our time together there and we both benefited greatly. Helen
